Fitting rear mud guard

This is a photograph of the nuts and bolts required for fitting the rear mud guard. They are 2 x 20mm long bolts with bevelled, slotted heads, 10mm nuts and flat washers. The shorter bolt is the same but only 15mm long.

The two longer bolts go through the holes shown below. These go toward to front of the scooter.

The shorter bolt goes through this hole and is at the rear of the scooter.

First, offer up the mud guard to the two tabs, one on each outrigger. Push through the two longer bolts from the inside. Use a flat washer under each bolt.

Like so.

And put on the nuts and washers on the inside of the tabs as below. Leave them loose for now to allow you to manipulate the rear of the mud guard to fit the final bolt at the rear.

With the final bolt in place, you can tighten up all round and the mudguard is fitted.
