Adding front brake adjuster

Insert top-hat stop in to the lug of the front wheel















Push through the inner and outer cable.
















Unwind the adjuster almost completely and slot in to the arm as shown.
















Remove the adjuster top clamp and pushing on the arm, mark the length of the cable and bend at that point with pliers.
















Re-attach the top clamp and tighten.
















Test the front brake by spinning the wheel and applying the brake via the lever. Adjust as required or pull through more cable if too much adjustment is needed.

There should be around 3mm of play before the brake begins to be actuated.
